FAQ

Coming to Bridges?
We want your night to be easy from the moment you arrive.

Here are answers to some of the questions we hear most often.

PLAN YOUR TRIP

  • Doors open 60 minutes before showtime unless otherwise noted on the event page.

  • We recommend arriving 45–60 minutes before showtime. This gives you plenty of time to park, make your way through entry, find your seat and grab a drink before the show.

  • Free public parking is available on surrounding roadways, in the parking structure at First Street and Columbia Avenue, and in the Metro parking lot on the south side of First Street and Columbia Avenue.

Parking availability can vary by event, so give yourself a little extra time on busy nights.

  • Yes!  Bridges Auditorium is just a short walk from the Claremont Metrolink Station, making it easy to reach us by public transportation via Metrolink, the LA Metro Gold Line connection and local bus routes.  Visit the Metrolink website for current routes, schedules and fares.

  • Bridges has designated locations for rideshare and guest drop-off/pickup.

For everyone's safety, please use the designated area rather than stopping in active traffic lanes.

  • We want your visit to Bridges to be more than just the show. Before your event, ticket buyers will receive a Plan Your Trip email with our current recommendations for restaurants, bars, hotels and things to do nearby.

Check your inbox as your event gets closer.

  • Don't worry, we'll get you in. For concerts and similar events, you can generally enter and return to your seat throughout the performance.

For ballets, theatrical performances, lectures and other events where movement may be disruptive, our team may ask you to wait for an appropriate break before getting you to your seat.

ABOUT YOUR SHOW

  • Unless otherwise noted on the individual event page, Bridges events are open to all ages.

Remember that every guest, including infants and young children, must have their own ticket.

  • The time listed on your ticket is the scheduled start of the event.

Artist schedules can change, so we generally don't recommend relying on unofficial set times posted elsewhere.

  • It depends on the show. When an opening artist is announced in advance, we'll include that information on the event page.

Lineups and schedules are subject to change.

  • Show lengths vary by event, and exact end times aren't always available in advance.

  • Of course! At concerts and similar events, guests are generally free to visit the bar, restroom or lobby throughout the performance.

For ballets, theatrical performances, lectures and other events where movement may be disruptive, we may ask you to wait for an appropriate break before returning to your seat.
